I am not usually a person who buys buttermilk. I most often when baking make my own with 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar and milk.
So to get the tangy flavor that ranch has WITHOUT buttermilk, just use sour cream!
You can use unsweetened plain almond milk, or substitute 2 tbsp heavy cream + 2 tbsp water.
Quick Keto Ranch Dressing
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Sour cream
2 tsp Lemon juice
2 tsp Dried parsley
1 tsp Dried dill
1 tsp Dried chives
1/2 tsp Garlic powder or 3 pressed fresh cloves
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Sea salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/4 cup Unsweetened almond milk or sub 2 tbsp heavy cream + 2 tbsp water.

Whisk well. Refrigerate for 1 hour minimum. Lasts 2 weeks. Makes 1 pint.
